A small gold heart with baby feet necklace. This store comes in a gift box with a card that reads "You left footprints on my Heart". The footprint charm measures 12mm x 12mm. Also included is a channel drop birthstone in your color choice and a 3/8" gold-filled initial disc.

For the card in the box, you can substitute any card you see in my shop. Please be sure to purchase the necklace you want, and then just request your preferred card with your instructions in the note box (on the shopping cart page). I don't do custom cards, so please be sure you choose from one of the cards in my shop (littleangelsmemory).
