Antique Silver Purse Frame with store Fairytale Castle - Engraved

This lovely silver purse frame features a fairytale castle in the center.
The frame is the same on both sides.

The frame is not marked so I'm not sure if it is sterling silver - it weighs 5.3 oz. on my postal scale
It is engraved "L.M.W. Jan. 31, 1923" on the inside.

Size is 7" wide from hinge to hinge.
The depth of the top of the frame in the center measuring under the clasp to the sewing holes is 1"

The pretty carrying chain is about 16"
