This listing is for ONE Wood piece with Naval Sailors.

I love this interesting piece of US History from 1944. About 160 Sailors from Company 4003-44. There is a Sailor on the top, holding a flag with their company number. The very bottom of the photo has light wording "Company 4003-44, Regiment 4, Battalion 14, US Naval Training Station, Farragut, Idaho. MD Elliott GSP Feb 22-44." The back has a listing of all the sailors names, by row, 8 rows!
A one of a kind piece of Naval History!

This photo was taken in 1944, it was lacquered and ordered for a women in 1980. That information is hand written in the back.

Condition is very good, there is some minor scuffing. There are very minor chips on edge of wood. Aged photograph image. The back paper with the all the sailors names is intact but minor bubbles store are in the paper.

Approximate size is 21 3/4" Width, 11" Length.
