Custom Illustration — Family Portrait

Standard Family Portrait will include THREE subjects.
Pets can be pictured, but they will need to be included in the number of subjects.

Price will vary based on the number of subjects requested.

EXISTING GROUP PHOTO IS NOT REQUIRED/INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS WELCOME.
These portraits are usually created as compositions, not copied or traced from existing posed/group photos. I am happy to use one specific image as the inspiration if desired, but it is not necessary. Examples shown were created mostly from individual photos of each subject. As long as you can provide me with photos of each subject you wish to be included, I can create a pose and layout!

THE PROCESS IS EASY:
1. CHOOSE the number of store subjects
2. COMPLETE the personalization field with the best email to contact you, and who the subjects in your custom portrait will be
3. PLACE your order
4. RESPOND to initial email with reference photos, special details, and over all expectations/preferences
5. APPROVE a preliminary sketch for posing and layout/ REQUEST changes to preliminary sketch
6. RECEIVE your custom family portrait digital file.
7. CELEBRATE and SHARE!

Upon purchasing, I will reach out via email to gather more information about your portrait including a request for reference photos of all subjects involved. PORTRAITS will be completed within a two week time frame from the day of receipt of this information. Provided that the customer responds timely to all requests for references and/or approvals, portraits will not fall overdue. PLEASE do not purchase unless you already have photos and information available.

Please add swiblecreates [!at] gmail.com as a trusted contact in your email or keep your eye on your spam folder, and allow one business day for an initial email. If I don't hear a response to my initial email within 24 hours, I will attempt to message you through Etsy. If I cannot communicate with you within the first seven days of purchasing, your portrait may be cancelled.

I will also check in at least once during the preliminary sketch phase to seek approval for continuing. If you would like any major changes (posing or layout) made to your portrait, this will be the only time to request such changes!

****This item is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD with personal printing rights that is MADE TO ORDER. You will NOT receive a physical print image in the mail, and you will need to make sure I have your current EMAIL address.****
