Theoretically, we need 3-5 business days to prepare your order. However most of the time, the product is ready to ship within 3 days.

Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends.


Please note: Due to their handwoven nature, our Raffia shoes may have slight imperfections. It should not be considered a flaw but enhance its handmade nature and character.

We need 7 to 15 business days or less including processing time to deliver your Item via Express worldwide shipping services.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your shipment is picked up. The estimated time to track your shipment is 8 hours. You can track your order via our Etsy Plateforme.

*** Refund, Returns and exchanges****

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order store amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please check our return policy.
