All of our items are entirely made by hand and is hand-crafted. The process starts with building a wooden base for any item  , chips of bone ethically sourced as a by product, are carefully cut into delicate shapes. These chips are then affixed in various intricate patterns is finally waxed and polished to bring out the detailed textures and beauty of inlay work
It take some days to complete single items. No two pieces will be similar and minor difference from the images will happen.

Shipping policies:-

Shipping is totally secure and insured handling time for bone inlay product is 2 to 3 weeks and shipping time 8 to 9 business days.
Our all products are 100% insured, if items received damaged or not repairable will refund 100% amount and if items minor damage or repairable will pay repair amount but minor not insured.
Custom charges and duties or taxes if any to be on buyers account.

If items received damaged:-

If you received the damaged,  don't worry about it, please provide us complete images of inner and outer side with courier company tags or box images which you received also please send us your contact no. With address.

Return & exchange:-

Return will be accepted within 7-10days of receiving the goods if the products you had received are wrong or damaged.  Return shipping to be paid by buyers.

Additional shipping policy:-

If consignee is not responding to shipping agency for the shipment update or receiving store the shipment due to custom duties or any other reason the shipment will be destroyed by the shipping company after 7days of arrival at destination and we are not responsible for all these.no claims will be accepted filled by the customer .
All charges like custom duties,  taxes if any to be on buyers account.
